Florida’s DOL Doctors
In many instances, federal employees who have suffered an on-the-job injury will be pressured by their employing agency to choose a particular doctor to treat their injury as the attending physician on their DOL-OWCP injury claim. But the Federal Employees’ Compensation Act (FECA) gives every injured federal employee the right to choose their own treating doctor regardless of what their agency says. This means injured federal workers have the opportunity to select a treating doctor that they trust; an attending physician that will put their injury care needs first and will not bow to the pressures of their employer.
Our team of DOL-OWCP experts are experienced in Federal Workers Compensation and are committed to the highest ethics and to providing top-notch care to every single one of our DOL-OWCP patients. We will work hard to provide the fullness of needed injury care, treatment, and rehabilitation. We work timely and efficiently to get you the medical care and federal workers compensation benefits you deserve.
